MetLife Declares Annual Dividend on Common Stock

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of MetLife, Inc. (NYS: MET) today declared an annual common stock dividend for 2012 of $0.74 per common share. The dividend will be payable on December 14, 2012 to shareholders of record as of November 9, 2012.
