Why aren't we asking about these facts? This terrifies me!

...Maybe others have, but I have never heard Romney or Ryan tell the people to even go their web site for facts... Obama did...
- Romney's claims of covered pre-existing conditions: May I suggest , you read the 'fine print'! Supposedly, that is only granted IF you have kept a 'consistent' healthcare policy throughout your life... if you have EVER let it lapse for any reason... your up ***** creek without a paddle.... My money is on ObamaCare!
- Neither Romney nor Ryan will give DETAILS on what and who's loopholes they will CUT.... We want to here it's Romney's.... (those wealthy peoples loopholes that allow them to pay less than 15% tax when they should be paying 35%).... If it's our loophole that are cut instead (the 99%'s) rather than the wealthy 1%'s - than your goose is cooked!.... because if they cut your mortgage deductions, your charitable deductions, your child and child care deductions, and/or your low-income deductions... you will be broke... rising prices are here and those of you who count on getting that money back from the government so you can buy a car, go on vacation, or pay some medical bills, etc., you can kiss it all goodbye under the lying - evasive republicans.... wake up before it's too late !!!

Romney is a very skilled debater and used techniques effectively? But facts! How does 20% tax rates cut and cutting deductions translate into jobs? What deductions will he cut? He said it was a new plan that has never been tried. That concerns me because he said he was interested in jobs but does now specify how jobs will materialize. I commend him from changing "those" to low income people. He wants to keep a lot of Obamacare but transfer it to the states. Which Romney will be president if elected? The campaign Romney or the debater Romney. What statements will Romney stand behind? He will lower taxes on Middle Income taxes. He wants to bring rates down. It is about jobs getting jobs but how. Did he change his campaign claims and debate claims agree? If not which ones will he stick behind?

You just know that Obama was thinking - "how dare this impudent peasant tell the king that he is not entitled to his own set of facts?"

Watching Romney completely dominate the debate lastnight was fun. Romney understands business and the economy. Obama couldn't even run a lemonade stand and people want him to run the country??? well finally I think people are starting to realize how bad of a president Obama really is. And another big thing that stood out was Obama really does need a teleprompter, cause without one he has nothing to say and really looks bad

It was an ill-timed and odd remark, to say the least, like much of what 'Rymney' spews.

That's all he's got - rehearsed 'zingers' to try and distract from the fact he has NO plan,
and doesn't know what he's talking about. Been there done that and we are not going back to the Cheney-Bush cabal.

He actually stood there and denied the $5 trillion figure. Do the 20% 'across the board' calculations yourself.

He thinks we''re stupid!

Promises are just promises......they are made to get elected....Neither candidate expects to be held by them, and neither candidate can follow through without support from congress. Congress is not going to change.....it's firmly in control of the special interests, especially the banks and the military industry. I have heard every republican candidate since Nixon promise "lower taxes, less government, less spending, reform taxes and loopholes, and control spending". I have heard every Democrat since Johnson say the same but add they will do all that and eliminate poverty, racism, and create world peace.....WAKE UP....neither of these front men, just like all of the past shills, are going to do anything as long as Congress is controlled by powerful special interests....Until the tax code is 10 pages instead of 10,000, term limits are in place, and career politicians cannot sell tax subsidies, preferences, and loopholes to their friends and benefactors, these debates are just for show. If you don't agree, why have we heard the same promises for 50 years and seen nothing but bigger gov't, more spending, more waste and broken promises.

Michael Moore had it right. "That's what you get when you pick John Kerry as a debate coach..."
