Chick-fil-A Offers Free Breakfast for Five Days

Chick-fil-AFast food chain Chick-fil-A is giving away free breakfast entrées to customers who make an online reservation.

To participate in the promotion, which runs from September 6 to 10, customers should go to There, they can find a participating restaurant near them and reserve the menu item of their choice, as well as the time they plan to pick it up (between 6:30 and 10:30 am).

Available entrées include: Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit; Chick-fil-A Spicy Chicken Biscuit; Sausage Biscuit; Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis (3-count); Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit; Chicken, Egg & Cheese on Sunflower Multigrain Bagel; Chicken Breakfast Burrito; Sausage Breakfast Burrito; and Multigrain Oatmeal.

A Chick-fil-A spokesperson told The Christian Post the promotion was partially inspired by the Christian values that guide the chain: "We have a spirit of generosity... We do guide a lot of business decisions on faith-based principles." The Post also reports that the promotional website crashed because of overwhelming traffic after news of the free meal was announced. Sign of Chick-fil-A's divinely sanctioned popularity, or mark of our continuing economic hardship?

Meanwhile, the scolds at CBSNews point out that a free Chick-fil-A breakfast "comes with a nutritional cost," advising readers to opt for the oatmeal. Obviously, they're not concerned with getting the most free calories possible.

Good for them and thanks for running such a great business with great food at great prices that we all can enjoy - almost every day and can on Sunday too if plan ahead and you buy a little extra on Saturday.

Had 5 Guys hamburgers last night. That burger joint is the opposite of Chick. Nothing but bad way overpriced crap. The worst greasy fries anyone could ever imagine too. Stick with In and Out burger.

Chick fil a is the BEST chicken in the world.
Love Mr. Cathy for ensuring they are closed on Sundays.
Only thing is sometimes I have to fly into Philly on Sundays and always miss their great sandwiches.
so I triple up during the week!

I believe Chick-fil-A started in Atlanta, Ga. I lived their in the 90's as a U.S. Navy recruiter. They have always had good food, and good values. For example my son who is now 16 use to go their as a toddler for the kids meals and not for the toys, Chick-fil-A gives kids books instead. They always are closed on Sunday for a day of rest and/or worship. This is a good thing.
