Airline Sale Offers Cheap Flights for the New Year

This just in from Travelzoo. JetBlue, American and Virgin America are celebrating New Year's Eve with super cheap flights across the country. Fares are as low as $29 each way for travel between Jan. 3 and April 30, 2011. Many of these low fares must be booked by this weekend, however. Expect the best fares to go quickly.

• Boston to Baltimore for $39
• Phoenix to San Diego for $53
• Seattle to San Francisco for $59
• Columbus to Tampa for $69
• Dallas to New York for $87
• Austin to Albuquerque for $89
• Washington, D.C., to Los Angeles for $119

Make sure to check the box that says your flight days are flexible to get the lowest fares possible. Flying midweek is usually cheaper than flying on weekends.
