The US government is playing the same old game... the same cold soup warmed over... of using more underhanded tactics to avenge the exposure to its deceitful and criminal behavior by having Interpol harass Mr Assange on trumped-up rape charges... Our government not only covers (hides) its activities from the American people, but further takes us to be absolute serfs and fools... It is clear to most of us, the problem is in the documents... not in their release. Furthermore, Hillary's statement that the cables reveal that most Arabs see Iran as their greatest threat is totally misleading... Ninty percent of the Arab people(not the dictators in charge) view Israel and the US as the greatest threat in the Middle East, with only 10 percent viewing Iran as the greater problem, ref., Noam Chomksy's interview with Amy Goodman. What does this say about the US government's respect for democracy... really.

Bank memos--how about Dept. of Treasury, esp. Paulson--of course if the Big Bank is Goldman Sachs then Paulson & Rubin will both be exposed. How about the FED, esp. It seems to me if Fox News is able to disseminate false news that Wikileaks ought to be able to publish truthful information. The press serves a very important role in keeping politicians, big business, and powerful individuals honest. In recent years, the mainstream media, which is owned and controlled by the right wing and big business, has failed to protect the public from the evil doings by these various entities. I applaud Wikileaks for having the guts to reveal the truth.

I hope it is that US bank with headquaters in Switzerland that has 60,000 secret accounts that IRS was after. Now IRS is going after 4,000 accounts only, so why should 56,000 people go free. When that is the case it is some politicians high up have been involved too with secret accounts and wants limited investigation.

Our government has become so weak that someone like WIKILEAK's Assange can make a fool of us and we do nothing. A true strong leader would have tried the soldier who stole the information for TREASON by now. A strong leader would have hired Blackwater to elimanate Assange and WIKILEAK. Obama is so weak we are the laughing stock of the World. Iran and North Korea with their little piss ant leaders push us like we were nothing. Obama's testicles must be the size of a BB.
