Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) said it sold more than 2.5 million units of Kinect for Xbox 360 in just 25 days.
Strong sales over the Black Friday weekend boosted sales for the controller-free games and entertainment system, Microsoft said.
"We are thrilled about the consumer response to Kinect," said Don Mattrick, president of the Interactive Entertainment Business at Microsoft. "We are on pace to reach our forecast of 5 million units sold to consumers this holiday."
The Kinect lets you control games, movies, music and TV with gestures and voice commands.
