Last Day for Double Cash Rebates

Today is the last day to double your cash rebate at more than 400 online retailers through Ebates. If you've never used Ebates, it isn't a joke. The site sends you a check for a percentage of your total purchase about 90 days after you buy something. You get $5 just for joining.

It's free to join Ebates and all you have to do to get the cash rebate is log in to Ebates and click through to the retailer you are interested in from the Ebates site. The site tracks your purchases and sends you the money. I've earned hundreds of dollars since joining a few years ago and named it one of my top five money saving sites.

A few of the double cash rebates being offered through today, Nov. 30, 2010:

• 10% back at The Body Shop
• 8% back at Banana Republic
• 2% back at Walmart
• 5% back at Macy's
• 7% back at Disney
• 4% back at Kohl's
• 6% back at Land's End

There are more than 400 retailers participating in the double rebates promotion. If you miss it, make sure to join Ebates and you'll get an email about upcoming double rebates offers. Every day there is at least one, but leading up to Christmas there are some really amazing deals. I once got 50% back on the purchase price of a magazine subscription!
