Kirk KerkorianBillionaire Kirk Kerkorian will pay $10.25 million in back child support despite the fact that his ex-wife's child isn't Kerkorian's biological daughter, the Associated Press reported.

Kerkorian will also pay $100,000 a month for child support to his ex-wife, who has admitted to faking a DNA test in an attempt to prove the child was biologically related to Kerkorian, the wire service reported.

Lisa Bonder Kerkorian eventually disclosed that the biological father is film producer Stephen Bing, the Associated Press said. Attorney Michael Trope, who filed the settlement on behalf of the ex-wife in Los Angeles Friday, declined to comment, according to the wire service.

The 93-year-old CEO of closely held holding company Tracinda Corp. is worth $3.1 billion, making him the 307th richest person in the world, Forbes said this year. Kerkorian's investments have included a stake in Las Vegas casino operator MGM Mirage and the MGM film studio.

C'mon, he can't get his own lawyer to overturn this? What's he hiding? He's not the biological father, the ex-wife faked a dna test and admitted who the real father is and Kerkorian still has to pay back chid support and continued support? What am I missing here?

Did Kerkorian adopt the child? If so, then he's on the hook.

Actually, it's Vegas that he lives in. The funny thing is that Bing is also loaded, just not as loaded as Kerkorian. But Bing had a child with another woman...Liz Hurley. Maybe she'd get less since Bing is probably already writing the huge checks to Elizabeth Hurley. :(

This man is 93 years old and has billions, lol. Ten million bucks will not hurt this man at all. I think this old scheister is trying to cleanse his greedy soul before meeting his maker, lol. Most billionaires are greedy down to their very bones, lol. Back Child support is excactly that! Back Child Support! Biological father or not.

HOLY JESUS CHRIST. How can this happen??? Paying 10 mil for a child that isn't yours? That's a disgrace to the justice system. Sure he's rich and this is little to him but it's besides the point. If the child isn't yours, you don't pay for it. With all his money, why couldn't he just pay a 100k hit?

There must be a major skeleton in the old guy's closet to agree to a $10 million settlement for a child that's not his and to a lying scag.

Something doesn't seem right here. Was he ordered to pay or was this some sort of agreement made between the parties? The later sounds more likely, given that it would be most unusual for a court to order child support for a child that is not your own. Since Mr. Kerkorian has more money that God, if he wanted to fight this, he'd most likely win. There's probably much more to this story than what's reported here.

I totally agree with bergen1, I can't see a judge ordering someone to pay child support for a child that isn't his unless he adopted it. Is this a court ordered child support or just an agreement between the two parties out of court? Why such a large amount, what does the woman do for a living to support her child when the billionaire was not flipping the bills? Something truly isn't sounding right in this article, maybe the authur could clairafy. Is this a court ordered judgement and if so is it appealable? The guy may be old but it sounds like he has worked for his money, doesn't seem right to pay 100k a month for someone else's child from an affair with his wife.
