Get a free sample of Kotex pads when you share your name, address, e-mail, sex, and date of birth. You'll also need to answer three questions about your use of pads. You can opt in or out of the Kotex Extras newsletter. Once you fill out the form, expect your free sample to arrive in about 10 weeks. It's unclear how quickly this freebie will run out!You can choose from four combination of Kotex pads and tampons, including the newish line U by Kotex. You'll need to log in or register on FreeFly's, which is offering the freebie in conjunction with Kotex, to submit a freebie request.
Caveats: while supplies last. Offer limited to US residents only, including Alaska and Hawaii. You must be 13 or older to receive the sample. One sample kit per request, with a limit of two requests per household.
