Burger King (BKC) will have a new CEO once it is sold to 3G Capital.

3G today announced that it plans to appoint Bernardo Hees, a partner at the investment group, as CEO of the fast-food retailer once the deal is complete.

Hees was previously CEO of America Latina Logistica, a railroad and logistics company.

"Bernardo is an experienced executive with an impressive track record of enhancing performance at ALL," Alan Behring, 3G Capital's Managing Partner, said in a statement. "I know he will be an excellent steward of the Burger King brand."

Last week, 3G Capital and Burger King announced an agreement whereby 3G would buy the fast-food retailer for $4 billion. Once the deal is complete, which should be in the fourth quarter of this year, Behring will assume the position of co-chairman of the board, with current CEO John Chidsey also a co-chairman.

Hees joined 3G Capital as a partner in July. Previously, he worked in positions including CEO, CFO and COO at America Latina Logistica.

They use to have a good hambuger but now you have to tell them 3 times how to fix it, then your lucky if you get it that way , You go in the store here and if theres 6 poeple in line , they take the first 2 people and wait till they get there orders before taking the next 2 , why is that . and none are really clean , walk into McDs and then the king and look at the diff, does that tell you anything .

Their advertising on television in the past leaves something to be desired. This 'King' comes off as slightly gay, rude and arrogant. One advertisement showed this 'King' running through an office pushing and shoving people out of the way, just to serve a hamburger to some woman. All of their commercials in the past are repugnant and without any taste. They should, in my opinion, fire all of these 'talented' marketeers and hire fresh blood. Whomever santified these commercials should be shoved out the door with post haste, along with the others. In Florida, the drive through attendants should speak fluent English as well, even if the pay is horrible. Most of them don't understand what a plain hamburger is. I personally do not frequent Burger King anymore because it's too much of a hassle to 'have it my way'.

It doesn't matter what BK does. They will never come close to McD's. The BK's down here in South Florida are filthy, greasy and dirty. The staff is totally unmotivated and incapable of customer service. A "thank you" is out of the question. They have good food, except for the fries, but that is not near enough in this enviornment. The best down here is Chik-fil-a. Good food, motivated and friendly staff and very clean.
