The first stimulus was a great idea, wrong target. Since the Obama Administration has know idea where the target is, a second package is definitely not a good solution. Giving out money is an Art. Though Obama has years of experience he seems to lack the understanding of that Art, of applying money where it will do the most good.

We already have Enough Infrastructure, now we must turn to Producing Alternative Energy jobs and jobs that clean up the Mess we have already made of the Gulf and the Many areas we have used as Waste Dunps and Recycle Everything we make. Doing so Will Create More Jobs than we Ever had
