'Bleeding Love' singer Leona Lewis claims she is too heartbroken to continue tour plans throughout Australia, Asia and Europe after splitting from her 10-year boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa.According to the Sunday Mirror: "Leona's heart just wasn't in the tour towards the end of the UK leg. She was upset, teary and heartbroken over her split with Lou."
Another possible reason behind the tour cancellation: Christina Aguilera's decision to scrap her tour after poor Bionic album and concert sales, and Lewis was set to open for Aguilera in the U.S. before completing the rest of the tour.
Lewis is now said to be in the studio working on a deluxe edition of Echo, to be released with her U.K. tour DVD before Christmas, and Simon Cowell is demanding her third studio album by next summer so she can sing live on X Factor in the States in the fall.
No information has been released on the financial impact of the tour cancellation. Lewis is under contract with Sony Music.
