Kids eat free at Ikea today through Monday, July 5, 2010. Nice!

Kids aged 11 or younger can pick out any three kid-sized menu items, like meatballs (5), mac and cheese, PB&J sandwich, kids yogurt, two cookies, and chocolate milk. The freebie meal is worth $2.49 and no adult purchase is necessary. It's not clear, however, just how many kids can eat free. One? Two? What if you brought in a mess of summer campers?

I have eaten the Ikea soft serve frozen yogurt and for $.99 it was quite tasty. The cinnamon bun was good, but I liked the cone better. For more about free food and special deals at Ikea, visit its special offers page. Find an Ikea near you.
