A year ago my young intern told me to buy STEC (STEC) when it was at $5 because its solid state drives were going into the Macbook Air. When I sold at $9 Jim Cramer wrote on RealMoney that my trading was on fire. Well, the stock went up to $40 or so. Now, after beating earnings and revenues but guiding down a microscopic amount, the stock is down to $14 and change. I bought yesterday on the dip (disclosure: I buy falling knives and I own STEC). Here's some color on the quarter from a favorite on my IM list.
