And meanwhile, this guy thinks we're in a boom. How come whenever someone says we're in a boom someone always has to say "quit drinking the Kool-aid"? How much Kool-aid is there anyway? Interesting that the phrase "kool aid" is still at multi-year highs on Google Trends.
