Allen Stanford gets beaten up in jail
Disgraced Texas financier R. Allen Stanford was beaten up in jail and needed to be hospitalized over the weekend, according to several media sources.
After being treated for minor injuries, Stanford was returned to the Joe Corley Detention Facility in Conroe, Texas, on Sunday.
Stanford, the founder of Stanford Financial Group, who is facing 21 federal felony charges for an alleged $7 billion Ponzi scheme, is having a rough time behind bars. In early September, he required a heart catheterization after his pulse rose dangerously high.
Stanford has been at the prison since July after he was accused of defrauding thousands of clients and using their money to support a billionaire's lifestyle. He is pending trial.

Scum like Stanford is not well liked in some circles. He hurt a lot of people in order to support his lifestyle. It would not surprise me if they killed him. I am sure there are a lot of people that would like to. Very few would miss him.

I have to admit; imagining this guy getting his ass kicked in, prison style, while looking at his photo above gave me a feeling of satisfaction.
This guy just looks like a smarmy a-hole.

Makes you wonder if he finally realizes .. what he did to so many people. And by taking a beating.. how much more he has to pay for what he did.. one beating isn't enough.
I doubt if you could convence any of the people he trampled on the way up.. took jobs from, messed w/ other men's wives.. or hurt those who really worked for the money they earned..
Wonder if he realizes what he did to all of those people ?

I personally wouldn't call prison the "real world". It is actually a fantasy land for gang bangers who's brains are fried from pot, meth, and heroine. No way in hell anyone stands a chance to be rehabilitated in an American prison, or jail for that matter, because of the literal scum that have turned jailhouses into their own little living rooms.

So just how do you know he was a "liberal?" I have no idea what his political philosophy actually is...and as he seemingly has no morals, if I had to guess it would be more like a free market conservative. You know, no regulations at all.

He's a registered Republican and has made contributions in the tens of thousands to Republican candidates. There's nothing liberal about him.

These very wealthy people are more likely to be Republicans since they get a tax advantage. . . so the wealth can trickle down!
Remember their slogan, unquote: Government is the problem, not the solution. (Unless we need a bailout.)

After reading the posts to reply to RobK's post, I have to hope to God that he donated SOME of the money that he ALLEGEDLY ripped off (remember, innocent until not fooling the jury applies to rich crackers just like Skippie or Jose, or HozeB for that matter) to a spelling charity. Look at the smack 'yall are writing. Heroin ain't got no friggin' e on the end. And that's the least of them. Just scroll up from there and pray he donated to the online poster spelling annonymous program or something. Holy CRAP! It's almost like you do it on purpose. Surely EVERYONE online that posts isn't THIS F-ing stupid!... or should it be ???
