California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is having a garage sale, so if you're in need of a 2002 Crown Victoria with 97,349 miles on it and signed by the governor, you may want to get to Sacramento.

Or bid on EBay soon. The top bid for the car was $3,051.01 on Wednesday morning. If it's not sold online, it will be part of the "Great California Garage Sale" on Friday and Saturday in Sacramento.

Schwarzenegger, who signed the visors of some surplus state cars to help increase the bids, got the idea from a Twitter follower, according to a Los Angeles Times story.

"I look forward to selling these signed cars and making some $ for California," the governor tweeted last week.

Here's a video of some of the items for sale:

The unneeded or unclaimed items being sold by the state range from computers to coat racks and Sacramento Kings bobblehead dolls. A Craigslist ad also details the offerings.

Office supplies and furniture are in abundance, including enough desks and odd-colored chairs to start your own government bureaucracy.

If you're bidding on the cars with Schwarzenegger's autograph on them in hopes of making a quick buck off his fame, think again.

According to the Times article, Schwarzenegger's signature on the visor of a state car might add $400 of value at most, said Darren Julien, president and chief executive officer of Julien's Auctions in West Hollywood. Something from one of his movies might be highly coveted, such as a jacket, but none are on sale.

"We've sold his 'Terminator' jackets for as much as $40,000," Julien told the Times. "It's too early right now for him to be highly collectible as a governor or as a politician. That could change in the future."

Overall, California's garage sale looks like a lot of dusty stuff to wade through to find a deal. But isn't that the point of a garage sale, to find something special at a great price? It's not every day you can find a California Highway Patrol motorcycle for sale.
