U.S. stock futures were higher Friday morning, indicating Wall Street could climb at the opening bell, following Ford Motor Co.'s (F) much better than expected results. Investors today also await the Treasury Department revealing of stress test methodology details and the G-7 finance ministers meeting hosted by Geithner.
