Your kids may not be hankering for oatmeal at their birthday parties, but Quaker has more to offer than just breakfast porridge. You can get a free birthday party kit by sending in UPC symbols from four boxes of treats -- either granola bars or bites. All the birthday party themes available share the theme of doing good -- finding loot at a pirate party and donating it to hospitalized children or a tea party where you make food for the homeless.
The kits contain a how-to guide, a t-shirt for the birthday celebrant and 10 "goodness" bags with wristbands, temporary tattoos and activitiy booklets. Age recommendation: 5 to 12.
Quaker also has a kids club and a moms club, and if you sign up, you can get free products, coupons and other information.
